I drove the Notch last week... and I noticed just after it started the ammeter popped into the negative, and never came out. No generator light came on... and it wasnt charging! I drove it to work and when I started it again it did it on the second try but I started it once more and it was charging again... So... I suspect the regulator is going... but apparently they can fail in a mode that doent trigger an idiot light, does this mean that the light is the idoit?
