[T3] searching list archives

Anyone know how come using google to search the listarchive.type3.org  
site only finds matches in the thread indexes?
it doesn't seem to be indexing the actual messages.

Didn't someone post that they have a searchable archive of the list?   
Any chance of adding a link to that to the home page?

Why is the 2004 archive in a different place than the rest of the  
archive?

So far it's fairly difficult to find answers in the archive, does  
someone clever secret techniques?
or obvious ones that I've missed.
