A good technique to use is to take some photos of your car with good quality black and white film. Then have some 8x10 made. Take these to a xerox machine and set the exposure to lighter. Copy the photo, then copy the copy. Do this a couple of times until it starts to get lighter. Then take a black ink pen and go over the edges of the panels (or whatever you want outlined) and then lighten them some more or trace them onto another sheet. If you take the pictures on a bright sunny day, you will end up with a white car on a pale gray backround. Once you get what you need, set the Xerox machine back to normal values and then make yourself a dozen or so. -----Original Message----- From: eggmeg@netzero.net [mailto:eggmeg@netzero.net] Sent: Sunday, August 22, 2004 8:56 PM To: type3@vwtype3.org Subject: [T3] drawings Howdy all, Does anyone have a clean black and white drawing of an early squareback that I can use? I'm trying to draw out a color scheme for the 65 and I want to play with colors a little. Thanks for the help.
