RE: [T3] Body shop problems - any recourse?


I would think not answering the phone, piled up mail, and a locked up
shop would be many bad signs. If I was you I would have been there at
least once a week to check on progress. Your money is as good as anyone
else's. You have the right to check on it as much as you want not wait 5
months to go look at it. I would try to track this guy down or at least
go to the police and explain to them what happened. Maybe they can get a
hold of him.
