[T3] Invasion dvd/video/photo

Please forgive the following rambling...

I am back from the invasion, and it looks like I have about 4 hours worth 
of digital video, and maybe about 80 photos.
Keith had mentioned wanting to put together a cd awhile back, and we talked 
about it briefly at the invasion.
I have asked Keith to send me the video that he shot, so that I can edit it 
into the stuff I got, using the best video and audio available. (none of 
this was*professionally* shot...no tripods, no on-person microphone)
There was a lot of ambient noise during the tech sessions including but not 
limited to cars on road, helicopters, airplanes, overzealous crickets...etc
However, the presentations are very audible.

If any one else has video that you would like to include, you could send it 
to me.
I am working with mini DV, but I also have an S-HVS, and VHS machine.
I would like to put photos on this disk also. If you would like to send me 
photo files on a cd, I can include them.

I was thinking of putting this on DVD, with menus for the tech sessions, 
the Cruise, the show, etc..
I could put the photos into a slide show that would play on the tv screen.

A DVD R will hold about 2 hours, so this may need to be 2 disks. This will 
play on most stand alone DVD players, and computers with dvd players.
Or, the video could be compressed to MPG1 and just put on a cd to play in 
the computer.(this would be roughly VHS quality)
The photos could be put on a cd as files to view on the computer.

There are other options.
What do you guys want?
What would be best for the majority of folks?

Of course, if we end up with 300 people wanting disks, we will need to 
investigate getting them mass produced somewhere.

I could master the DVD, and burn a few, send them out to others with 
burners who could burn a few and send them out etc....the last time I did a 
project like this, it took about 70 hours from start to finish the master.
I don't want to have to do it too many times before I get it right   :)

Please let me know your feelings on this project.
