RE: [T3] Brake caliper pump

I spent a time working with high pressure vessels
and testing them to assure the welding was good.
High pressure and metal parts can lead to shrapnel,
so please be sure that if you are working with pressure
that some form of containment is used so that in the
even of a part failing and becoming shrapnel, it won't
hit anything of value, which in this case is you!

Jeff - while we were pressure testing at 10,000 psi,
the principles of failure are the same, fragments
of material sent out at very high velocity

I use water pressure to push the pistons out of brake calipers. Our water
pressure here in my basement is ~100 psi, which is enough for this job if the
...
What I've needed was a way to boost the water pressure here by a factor of 3 to
5 so that I could be assured of success with minimal difficulty.
