Did they > ever make one? > I don't think they called it an Nmodel, but there was a range of lower trim spec on Fastys from '69, M233, and with M240 it would have the single-carb engine. Whether there were any of this combination sold, I couldn't be sure, but in the UK our normal Fastback was a 'cut-down' trim version, but with the twin carb 1600. That's the 1600TA, like the similar spec Variant A. I also remember a lower spec 1600T coming out over here, but I'm not sure of the actual spec. to be sure if it's the M233. Dave.
