I checked the holes last night,(two each, in the
inside rail on the tunnel right?) and they are very
smooth.  No burs, or any evidence that a self-tapping
screw was ever installed.

So I'd guess my replacement pan came from a Fasty.
Although a Notch is possible, but not likely.
