It is in the trunk.  Look at the trunk photo.  There is a chrome filler 
cap tuck up in the upper left corner( looking at the photo) of the 
trunk.  Looks like they used a late fuel tank and added a short filler 
neck instead of having it pass through the fender.  Not very obvious.
