Has anyone thought about or tried this conversion? http://www.blindchickenracing.com/How_to/280Zbrakes/280zbrakes.htm I'm seriously considering it, although I plan to use all new parts. Even went as far as buying a $21 280ZX rear rotor to try to mate it to a VW hub. The bolt hole spacing is different, but it looks like a little milling and an hour or so on the lathe should provide 1 melded brake rotor. Total cost estimate (parts only) is about $160, getting the rotors and rebuilt calipers from Parts America. I'm a little worried about this setup overbraking the front rotors and locking up the rears, maybe a proportioning valve will be required. Any thoughts?
