Are you sure that's where the leak is? It's pretty unusual for the seam to 
spring a leak. I've never seen this.

The early 68 tank had an oval fill hole, so it is different from all the other 
FI tanks. This would be hard to replace if you can't fix it. You might consider 
taking it to a radiator repair shop and let them solder it closed. That might 
be a better fix.
