After you are sure all the lines and or bolts are removed the only resistance will be the pan gasket and weight of the car. Its much easier to remove the body if everythings off it like the fenders, doors, hoods and glass. You can leave all that stuff on but its just heavier to do. You have two methods of lift off. First is to lift at the corrners with 4 people. The other is to run 2x4 under the tire wells and lift it out. Eithor way will work. Make sure you have plenty of help and a pre prepaired place to put it down.
