[T3] Matt and Dave's notch - update and question
<x-flowed>hi Folks
Well, after a couple more weekends of chipping away the rust we felt
that today we could actually separate the body from the
pan.Actiually, there is much more rust than anticipated. But there
was some resistance. We've looked at the spacing of bolt holes on the
new pan (from a '68) and I am assuming that they match the 65
pattern. The question is, when we separate the body from the pan do
we expect there to be must resistance? I know some of you have done
this before and your comments and advice would be helpful. Oh, and
another question, when we lift on the body does it matter where?
Actually, we will weld in some angle iron into the body just to keep
things square. Thaks folks
Dave and Matt
