I think it varied with the manufacturer and the tire size. I've seen anywhere 
from 80% to 88%.

You can't really measure a tire and get a practical number. The dynamic rolling 
circumference is different from the static. That's why driving the mile (km) is 
the better method.

In Petri's case, with a mi/hr speedo in a metric country, he should keep in 
mind that 37.5 mi/hr = 60 km/hr.
