[T3] stranded family
<x-flowed> It's not too often I get home from work and no one is home. Well I
got a call shortly from my lovely wife and sons saying Phillip wouldn't
start at the market. Just last night she had pointed out that the gas
looked low, but I assured her that gauge was erratic... I'm averaging
23 MPG, and guaranteed her we should be safe till 200 miles. Can you
say "DOG HOUSE"? To add insult to injury, on that same trip the sun
visor mount disintegrated on her, and she locked the keys in the car
(she got in herself). Luckily for me there was a Starbucks only 15 feet
away, and an iced mocha had soothed her temper by the time I arrived.
Anyone have a functioning tank sending unit FS? Jim and I already
tried to rebuilt this one several years ago. My marriage doesn't need
counseling, it needs a gas gauge...
