This should keep > them out of the way. The FI cars have "clips" that must be for the fuel pump wires, but you don't have those. Those must be the only ones down there. I think I've just been careful to pin the MC wires behind (between the pipes and the firewall) the pipes and route them so that it's clear that they will stay in place. Cable ties wouldn't hurt anything, but don't make them TIGHT.
