Heh. Yeah, sorry -- I guess the root (and unstated to the list) question was "is this likely an original bag, or an unoriginal bag in original packaging?" This seems to be reasonable evidence that the bag is original and NOS. I'm going to attribute the missing loops to variations in suppliers/manufacturers/etc.

Just the same, if anyone has additional information, it would be much welcome.
