I have no idea how much over 200ft/lbs is in practical
terms, so I got it as tight as possible with a breaker
bar with all my weight, and then used a couple hits
with a slugger to get it just a little farther so I
could get the cotter pin through. Hopefully that will
keep it.

Uh oh, the one I didn't do was the blue one, on the
passenger side, but there was no sign of leakage, so I
imagine I'm safe with that one.
