Aaron, I'd take it apart, clean and inspect, and if it looks ok repack and
reassemble. Use the Bentley as a reference, and even ask here for advice. I
think Keith mentioned that this type of service should happen every 30 to 60,000
miles. Most likely yours haven't been done since it left the factory, like
mine. I need to do this on my Notch, but I've already done this on my wife's
Fastback. Try and keep the German parts in there if possible, as the "off shore"
replacement stuff isn't as good. I hope this helps.
