Hi gang! Havent posted in a while, was off the list for a few years finishing up school, but Im back and finishing my car. Your lucky on that car in that the front end looks in relatively good shape, but make sure to inspect it carefuly. Mine looked ok, but after started tearing it down I found out it was made of bondo and radiator hoses. A question for everyone on here though--- If you look at the last pic, its a shot of the underbody. There are two U channels welded to the pan. Is this an afterthought strengthening deal, or was this common on the longnose T3's (I have a 67' fasty)? Id be curious to know about it, and if it is stock on the later ones, can someone measure the size and spacing, cuz my car could probably use a little extra stiffness.
