<x-flowed>The relay was working properly, the fuel pump is the problem. I can 
hear and feel a dull whirring, but nothing comes out. Can I rebuild it, 
replace it. Is there someplace that will do an exchange? I damaged one 
of the mounting rubbers, do they make replacements?
