[T3] Help me troubleshoot signals - 70 Variant

If your lucky this may be a simple problem. It sounds to me like your 
emergency flasher system may be connected to the wrong circuit at the fuse 
box. Some of the circuits are only active with the turn signal switch on. 
Trace the wires to the fuse box and see if the circuit they are on gets 
power without the ignition on. I would also check the bulbs just to be safe. 
My squareback turn signals had me miffed until I did and foun a single 
filament bulb where a dual filament should have been. This caused more 
problems than you would believe. Good Luck.
