Yes, the adjustment only grabs the inside track.

There is a spring on the top of the inside track that you have to press down to
release once you get the seat to the front end of its normal travel.

You can see/feel underneath to verify that the release has pivoted enough to
clear. It is a good idea to completely remove the front floor carpet before you
even start.

If they are completely stuck, spray some penetrating oil in there a couple of
times a day for several days. Spray from the front, back and sides. Get a
friend to sit in the back seat while you sit in the front seat and jerk back
and forth, holding the release lever up. The friend should push on each side
of the seat base with his feet. He may be able to determine whether both, or
just one rail is really frozen.

If all else fails, You may have to beat on the seat base with a hammer and a
block of wood to get it to move. This can badly dent the seat base, but it will
still work just fine once you get it off.

When the seat comes loose, don't let it tilt forward, because this will bend
the rails and break the sliders.

Once you get it off, clean out the rust and dirt, and save the pieces of the
seat rail slides. Use a straightedge to MAKE SURE that both rails are straight.
Straighten them if necessary. This is easy and makes verything work better.
Even if the pieces of the old seat rail slides are only 5-10cm long they will
still function properly once you get the seat reinstalled. Grease everything to
prevent further rust.
