[T3] How do I remove the front seats? (70 Square)

<x-flowed>I know, the steps are inluded in the Bentley manual, but the seats have 
rusted completely stuck to the tracks. Any pointers on how to get them 
out of there without damaging anything? And does the adjustment lever 
only hold on to the inner track? It looks like that under the seats. I 
have never removed the pre-73 seats before.
