There never was an OE hose that went from the spare to the Schrader
valve on the washer bottle. Before the regulating valve on the fill
neck, you filled your washers with pressure from an outside source such
as the filling station, or as you are doing with a bicycle pump. My '69
parts car does not have the schrader valve style bottle. So it would
have had the fill from the spare tire system.
