[T3] Hose between spare and washer fluid resevoir

<x-flowed>I'm looking for the hose that goes between the spare tire and washer fluid 
resevoir for my '68 notchback.  The washer works fine, but I have to pump it 
up with a bike pump very frequently when I drive in the winter.  I've 
searched some parts websites and samba to no avail.  I'm not sure I'm using 
the right keyword(s) though - what is the official name of this thing?

Does anyone have suggestions for how I can get my hands on one of these?
