Re: [T3] Is this considered a Type 3?

<x-flowed>Hi Jim,

(disclaimer, disclaimer, disclaimer)

Like I said "as the story was told to me" and I think it was Lee Hedges who told me the story, but also keep in mind that the T34 was the more expensive of the model line save the Notch convertible and the Notch Vert was canned from production because of cost also.

The T1 Ghia I have was originally purchased in Germany for $2500.00 in 1956. (I have paperwork to confirm this)

Anyone know how much a 63 Vette cost in 1963?

and does anyone have proof of what a T34 cost when new? (any location?)

We can at least see if the story is CLOSE to accurate.

That's a little hard to believe, but if it's true, it would certainly explain
why so few ever sold (assuming the world-wide price was comparable.)
