Things to check:

Pressure sensor hose. I suspect you've already ruled this out.

Measure the charging system regulating voltage. With the engine warmed up, 
measure the voltage across the battery with the engine running at medium RPM. 
It should be 14.1-14.4V. If it is less than 13.5V replace the voltage regulator 
with a Bosch 30-019.
