Yes... I was quite surprised when the certificate came in the mail. I have visions of tracking down the first owner... who hopefully would have pictures of this T34 when they picked it up in Europe. But unfortunately, Colorado destroyed all of their registration records prior to 1982... they didn't even have this car in their database even though I had a valid title (from 1965).
