	Quick update (more later!).... front end was from upper 
torion bar loose, that's good; on to tune-up.

	The dizzy has free mech. advance movement, but it doesn't 
"snap" back... I'm familiar with them getting stiff and frozen, but 
no spring-back?  What's up with that?  Any suggestions?
