Well I am not necessarily "dissin'" them, but I have found their prices over and above what I can find elsewhere for the same product. Even when shopping eBay (read: $$$$$$).

For example:
VW TYPE 1 BUG DEALERS SHOP MANUAL 1952-1957
new published by Bentley

ISP West: reserve is $100
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=2413880831&category=10368
vs.
JC Whitney: everyday price $54.99
http://www.jcwhitney.com/item.jhtml;$sessionid$BUOLCYQAAACRYQSNDV1CFFCCJUOXKIV0?ITEMID=5078

I find this mark-up percentage pretty common on the stuff from ISP.

However they do have some reproduction parts that I can't find elsewhere, so with these items there is no competition and therefore no $ cap.
