I grabbed a spare. If I had to, I could probably file a little material out of the housing to make the shaft drum fit better. My guess is that the 30 year old pot metal has warped with the heat cycling and all. Id leave the shaft and drum alone and concentrate on filing the housing. The sleeve bearings slipped out of the housing nicely for cleaning too.
