My voltage regulator also makes clicking sounds on a regular basis (I have the rear sit removed while I was doing work on the floor pan). It does not click continuos, only for about 1 minute or so and then it stops. When it is clicking it stops when I push on the clutch to change gears or when I am out of gear at the lights. Then when I put it on gear it starts clicking again, it will stop clicking after a minutes (as I said before) and not come back for 5 or so minutes. Anyone have any idea with this? I have not checked on the charge since I don't have a volt meter.
