1. Sorry for the blank message. 2. I tried to adjust my points this afternoon after work and I stripped points hold-down screw. The nut actually looks fine, so I imagine I actually stripped the hole it screws into. Did I completely screw myself? All puns intended, sorry, it seems like one of those days I felt I was close to getting my car running well. In reference to an e-mail I posted this morning, I replaced the spark plugs and check the resistance in the sp wires (1k ohm all around), cap was good. I just wanted to make sure the timing was correct since I removed the dizzy to check the trigger points yesterday. I feel I should have left well enough alone.
