The most likely spot is the ECU cover. It may NOT show signs of wetness there. 
Remove the cover and look at the lower edge. There should be 2 spring clips 
which hold the bottom edge tight against the body. These spring clips have to 
be carefully slipped to the outside (out is out) of the body panel when you 
install the ECU and cover. Make sure they and the rubber gasket are properly 
positioned. This is a very common problem.

Water leaks from this opening usually run down the inside of the body wall and 
end up on the rear floor without wetting either the inside of the vinyl panel 
or the top of the rubber floor mat.

It's important to fix this, otherwise it will lead to major rustout of that 
area.
