Is it possible that this had 2 leads and is actually 311 955 703? If so, it's a 
choke for noise supression from the wiper motor. Otherwise, it's just a 
capacitor for the same purpose and it doesn't appear on my microfilm.

I believe they are the same, and yes, I can make you a set. $12 including

The original was a strange S cross section rubber extrusion. I don't have any 
spares, but I think you could make do with the adhesive-backed foam weather 
stripping. I DO have some of that, but so does your local hardware store.
