I have no idea where this would start to be effective. I would expect it to start somewhere between 40 and 80 mph, but that's just a guess. It's even possible that at higher speeds, like "Toby High Speeds", it could start to actually LOSE effectiveness. It would be fairly easy to measure. Just add some plumbing and a manometer to the intake air plenum and take with and without measurements at different speeds.
