I double checked and that's what my microfilm says. This doesn't make sense, however, and the microfilm has other mistakes, so I suspect that this is just a suitable replacement for a 64, as well as OE for something else later on, which doesn't show up on my microfilm for some reason. Cronologically, it would seem to belong right around 1969.
