If your locality has one, it is much preferred to dispose of brake fluid as hazardous waste, and our local center takes antifreeze on a daily basis, and brake fluid twice yearly, so I store the haz materials until I can properly dispose of them. Old fuel, diluted in a large tank of gas doesn't hurt an older vehicle, newer ones might choke on it. Standard brake fluid, like antifreeze, can be put down the drain (they mix with water.) ------------------------------------------------------------------- List info at http://www.vwtype3.org/list | mailto:gregm@vwtype3.org
