I suspect that what you have is not a "factory"/dealer book at all, but rather a VWoA/dealer book. VWoA sold and promoted a lot of stuff that the factory never saw. The dealers' time books would have included these items if VWoA printed them. My definition of factory is an item that was installed on at least SOME cars AT THE FACTORY. In this case the item would have to appear somewhere on the VW parts lists, either paper or microfilm.
