[T3] Red Wire

<x-flowed>I have a single red wire with a slip on clip coming from under a part betwee 
the distributer cap and the flywheel housing. This part looks like a giant 
upside down emergency flasher, and has a hose going to the oil bath, and one 
the intake air distrbutor. What is it? What should the red wire be connected 
to?
