Here's the deal, I replaced the plugs (like the owner requested and brought ( Bosch W8AC ) then did the points (he didn't have any, cuz they weren't in stock, but I had a set of Bosch for an 009), then did the valves, ( waited another day, letting them cool overnight (my preference)) and still had the miss ( actually it was worse then when I started), after doing this (and taking it for a road test ), I cleaned the crap that was in the float bowl (thought it had some junk in a jet in it) then, I replaced the condenser and it was good to go ( no more miss at any speed !! ). Just some food for thought to those who don't change them. These were OE Bosch parts (made in Germany), but even they get worn out after 30 years.
