Well after many hours and dollars I can't get my 1970 T3 Squareback to run right. I have had numerous problems with the fuel injection system. After much hassle I have decided that I need to switch it to a carburetor to simply get the car back on the road. The only carb setup I have right now that is complete and working is a Weber Progressive. Not my first choice but it has been a great carb for another Square. I also am planning on re-running the fuel lines and placing an inline rotary fuel pump, thereby doing away with the fuel injection fuel pump. My questions are these: 1. Is it possible to swap out the fuel injection system with a Weber Progressive Carb? 2. If so, is it possible to use it with an automatic transmission? If so, how do I hook up the vac line? 3. Any other things I need to be aware of? Any help is appreciated. Side note: I know some of you might think I should simply fix the fuel injection system. I understand that thinking, but my goal is simply to get the car running and deal with the fuel injection system later. Thanks, Mac __________________________________ Do you Yahoo!? The New Yahoo!
