Well, well, It's been a while. I've been a busy guy, anxiously awaiting two free non-rainy days in a row so I can work on my squareback. No such luck. Yes I'm still alive and happily driving my little bluish wagon, although my ability to work on my car has been severely cut back by the fact that the pier outside my workshop collapsed and there's no room to work. Eh, I had other priorities anyway (I know, shame on me for letting the square take a back seat to other stuff) Theres a price to pay for that. Sorely needed body work: the rust isn't getting any better with all this water. And I've had a nagging squeak every time I make a left hand turn now. That, and I'm still not convinced my front brakes are working right, esp the right one. Jim, I may be coming by Wisconsin this summer. Might be a good time to think stainless steel lines. Hopefully I'll be able to participate a bit more in the conversation around here... And I hope you're all well and driving happily... -- Mike Wodkowski 72 FI SQBK Brooklyn wodkowski@mac.com ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ List info at http://www.vwtype3.org/list | mailto:gregm@vwtype3.org
