This really isn't something you want to do. The main reason is that the 70 requires a rear mount crossbar that your 67 engine does not even have the mounting bosses for. There are also a number of small things that would have to be changed or modified and checked, so this is NOT a straightforward conversion. Plus, the 67 is a great year and it would be a shame to rob it's motor to do this. In addition, there's a very good chance that the 70 engine is not bad at all and that it might just be fixed up rather cheaply and with less work than the engine swap. So why not tell us what your symptoms are with the 70 engine and maybe we can help you get it purring again.
