The rear end of my car is not as pert as I would like- its all a bit saggy and the wheels kind of splay out a bit too much for my liking. Where the torsion bar housings poke through the oblong shaped bolt on plate on the side of the spring plates, they are not central in the hole but nearly touch it at the top. I was wondering if there would be any merit in changing those outer rubber donuts under that plate, and is this a simple thing to do? I don't really fancy getting into changing the inner donuts as well as that would involve taking off the spring plates which sounds a little difficult. Is it worth doing just the outers? and are they the ones with the 4 little ears? or the plain round ones? Also, is there a simple way to tell if the cars been lowered? Someone saw it and asked if it was but I'm pretty sure its at stock height as everything else is pretty stock. Maybe its just too saggy.
