Depending on where you live, if you don't want to or can't do the work yourself, I'm sure there's someone on this list who knows a good mechanic in your area that could probably troubleshoot this a lot more efficiently than this "garage" seems to be doing. I'll defer to the more knowledgeable on the list as far as what your problem might be...
