[T3] Crazy Clock

<x-flowed>I got my clock running by cleaning the ternimals, proper grounding,
and a little 3-1 oil. When I put the back cover back on, and put it back
in, it stopped. I had to go, so I took the cover off and placed in the
opening, to my surprise it started again, and has been running fine for
3 weeks now. In that time I tried to install the cover, and every time it
runs a few minutes and stops. I have no exposed wires touching the
inside of the cover.
