This sounds correct, except for the metal gasket.

This is because most complete gasket sets are for a bug, not a type3. You
have to ask for the other type of intake gasket (sold seperately). This is why I
recommended getting some gasket material and making your own (probably easier
in your part of the world). I hope this helps.
