[T3] My Notch valve are a movin...

Well... I just got back from a 650 mile trip to Buffalo and back and it was
cranking a bit unevenly and had a hesitation off of idle. I found that for
the second time the number one exaust has tightened to no clearance at all
and this time the #2 did also. Both intakes on that head were loose, 1 at
.010 and 2 .007

The 3&4 head had a similar situation but not as bad, both exausts were down
to .003 and the intakes up to .008

Its only been 1500 miles since the last adjustment and the Motor only has
3500 miles on it (Berg 1679).

Ive seen better adjustment retention on JC WHitney heads... these are
genuine VW ! and Berg doesnt use cheap valves... Im gonna call them and see
what they think but I never had problems like this with my Stock Square
engine when it was new.

Is this normal for a setup with the stiffer springs?? when will they wear
in??

Ive lost my warm and fuzzy... :-( and just hope I havent burned the valves
on the trip home!
